Christmas

During the month of Christmas, i went to many places with church caroling team.. Although i had sore throat and had to take Strepsils throughout the whole month, i had a great time with the caroling team.. We went to places such as Subang Parade, Old Folks Home (I was MIA), Pantai FBC, Tanjung Sepat, Tropicana Morning Glory, Kota Kemuning and USJ 11..

I think our church carol team have improved significantly.. At 1st when i joined the carol team, i was shocked by the songs that we had to sing.. Most of the songs are quite new to most of us, it's not the usual christmas song that u will hear in ur Christmas CD.. But i thank Lord that we have a teacher who is patience enough to teach us to sing the songs, i thank Lord for having a few good pianists in our church, i thank Lord for having a good pair of carol team co-ordinators, they work perfectly 2gether and lastly thank U Lord for every1's effort.. I believe we did our best in spreading UR good news..

I'm back!

After 2 weeks of MIA in the internet world, I'm very proud to announce that

SHAKELINGAM!!!™ is BACK!

There are several reasons for me being MIA:

1st

Pc and connection problems..

In the past 2 weeks, my server hanged for about 3/4 times.. I called streamyx for quite a few times in just 2 weeks time.. The answer i got were all the same.. Hang here hang thr..

2nd

For the past 2 weeks, i had been busy planning for my church's youth camp.. It was on 5th - 8th July..

How was it?

Wonderful! I think it was a blast.. I believe everyone gave their 100% during the camp.. 100% in games, 100% in preaching, 100% in performing, 100% in playing, etc..

3rd

Year 2 Sem 1 of my studies had just begun.. In this sem, there will be a total of 18 credit hours, which is the highest among all semesters.. I bet this sem would be a tough 1..

Was kinda disappointed with my previous results.. Although i din't fail any, but i din't score either..

Hopefully, i can get at least 3.0 for this sem.. I would not mind getting anything higher then that.. Haha.. Cheers ;)

Those were the top 3 reasons y i was MIA..

The past 7 days..

There r ups n downs in the past 7 days.. Wat a week!

28th march - 60 Earth Hour
Got a suprise bday celebration, dint expect my youth frns 2 celebrate it wif me on dat nite.. Thanks ya..

29th march - Ching Ming
Got a suprise gift from youth frns, a running shoes!!! WooHoo.. Really unexpected! The colour of the shoes? Yellow! But, i'll name it as The Golden Shoes.. Haha..

30th march - Shakelingam Day
The actual day of my bday! Went 2 uni.. Attended tutorial n lecture..
Got a suprise celebration in lecture hall durin the last 15minutes of Dynamics lecture..

31st march - End of the month
Slept 4 the whole day, woke up at 3pm 2 study math.. Aiks.. Mid-term test on 1st of April, the nex day.


1st april - April Fool day
I stayed up til 3am, went 2 bed feeling uncomfortable. Woke up at 5 somethin, vomited! Woke up at 8 somethin, vomited again! I cant rmb when was the last time i vomited.. Aiks.. Went 2 c doc.
The doc says:"Ur 2 stress d, causing ur stomach 2 b very acidic.. As a result, u vomit out all the food u ate.."
Aiks.. I nv know stress wil cause some1 2 vomit.. After eating the med, slept 4 whole day, woke up n go take math test at 4.30pm..
At nite ,went 2 watch Shinjuku Incident.. Not a bad movie but kinda wasted cos some scenes are cut! 2 violent? Shd hv bought DVD instead..


2nd april - Sleep
Slept whole day.. Nite, go watch Fast n Furious 4.. Shakelingam! Cars + Girls..


3rd april - Sleep + Test Run
Slept again.. Went 4 a short jog, wearing new shoes.. The shoes kinda comfy.. Good shoes! Thanks man..

PD Survey

So, here i am, with Ricky at Golden Sand Baptist Assembly, Port Dickson. The last time i came was a few years back 4 church camp.. Dis time, the purpose of coming here is to do a survey n take some nice pics of our youth camp site. It took an hour drive 2 reach our destination.

Wat's so special bout dis ABC?

1. The ABC stall has been there for at least 30 years.. In fact, i think more cos my dad came here since he was a young boy, now he's 52, so definitely more den dat.. The stall can survive 4 so long, difinitely the ABC tastes good!

2. A Malaysian artist, 张栋梁 (eng name=Nicholas Teo), shot 1 o 2 of his music video in PD.. Not surprisingly, the ABC stall was in the MV.. 2bad i cant rmb which mv..

Aiks.. I 4got 2 take pics of the ABC stall, mayb wil take it some othr time since my hmtown very near 2 PD. Wanna know the name of the ABC stall? Its name is ABC Stall.. Really, haha..

今天在团契里，做了一个我本身觉得满长的分享。应该是我一两星期没与团契人见面，所以无意中说了比较多废话。虽然pendahuluan有点长，但结尾那几分钟所说的句句都是我的肺腑之言。在这里不重复了，但我在marathon所看到的这一节经文让我真的有所领受。

腓立比书4：13
我靠着那加给我力量的，凡事都能做。

Philippians 4:13
I can do everything through Him who gives me strength.

就这么短短的一节经文，让我的信心增加了不少。感谢神！Amen!

IPOH

"Ipoh mari, Ipoh Ipoh mari!!"

我的团契顾问-李成就传道又再次的捞我跟他去Ipoh走一趟。这已是他在这几个月以来，不知是第几次的邀请了。前几个月都因为放不下团契，所以不敢离开团契。这次我拿起了勇气，决定往Ipoh去！

星期五晚上完了小组训练课后，吃点东西就出发了，到达时已经是1am了。结下来的这几天可分裂为两种。

第一
去参与以琳教会的几个聚会：
1.星期六早上-青少年团契的联合会议
2.星期六晚上-青少年团契的联合聚会
3.星期天早上-教会主日综拜
4.星期天下午-职青团契爬山（好久没运动了，突然觉得很精神！！）
5.星期天晚上-教会晚上综拜

第二
吃！！
这五天里我吃了很多东西，上厕所的次数也比平时多(hehe..
paiseh..)。以下是几样我在这几天所吃的：
-虾面
-猪肠粉
-鸡翅旁
-很多的豆腐（yong tau fu? 我不清楚它叫什么，有炸的，有汤的，等等）
-河粉（干捞，汤的）
-点心
-干捞米粉面
-豆腐花
-糖水
-云吞面
-otak-otak
-鸡饭
-怡保芽菜鸡
餐餐都吃得超饱的！

最后，我不能忘记的是-Ipoh的人妖，Aqua。这是我人生中最接近aqua的一次。星期六晚上12点，我们买了东西后就步行回教会。路途中有一条aqua街，我们便走过去。怕aqua的我，总算过了关。回想起，真的起了不少毛因为我路过时，他们（对不起，应该是她们）拼命叫我："sayang.. sayang..." E.... Geli...

Anyway，总结来说，

BBQ

08.11.08-Saturday. Saturday it's my most bz n most happening day(happenin as in many things 2 do). Like any othr saturdays, it's time 4 youth gathering again.. Dis sat, we've decided 2 hv BBQ at Ricky's hse since we long time nv hv such gathering..

10.30am-7 early 8 early(dis phrase is frm Abu's shirt) i wake up n go MyDin wif Hua Bing. I heard frm mom dat chicken wings frm MyDin r super fresh!! But as we reach thr, we found out dat thr r only chicken drumstick, chicken breast and a few othrs.. Weird, MyDin's chicken don hv wings? Haha...

So we decided to move on 2 Giant.. When we reach thr, thr were only a few chicken wings thr.. WALAO!! So fast finish meh? Den we found out dat thr r chicken wings, but hvn defrost.. Thank God wei.. We waited thr 4 the chicken guy 2 defrost the chicken wings.. After dat, my turn 2 pick the chicken wings...

It was my 1st time choosing the chicken wings, washing n marinating it.. Don play play le, all by myself, wif some advice frm my mom n a few aunties la..
Hua Bing was the 1 who handle sotong, we look super pro on dat day.. Haha..

2.30pm-By dis time we finish most of our work.. So Hua Bing go hm prepare the rest n hv a rest as well, while i take a bath n go Klang wif a few others 2 attend Pastor Michael's graduation.. Congrats 2 Pastor Michael *clap clap*..

8pm-We reach Ricky hse n start praise n worship session..

Amen!!

10.30pm-Dat's the time we finish BBQ.. 4me, the nite is stil young, wanted 2 go lim teh o something but ended up go hm Zzzz.. Althou it was super tiring 2 organise a BBQ, but i think it's worth it as every1 hd fun n it was a great bonding moment(not bending moment) 4 all of us.. Praise Lord 4 the wonderful nite..
